Education Requirements:
BE/B.Tech in ECE, EEE, CE, or a related field (Diploma holders not eligible)
Experience:
1-3 years in FTTH, Fiber ISP, CPE Configuration, and Networking
Skills:
Strong English communication (Arabic is a plus), preference for experience with Hutch, Mobitel, or Sri Lanka Telecom. Tamil/Sinhala skills preferred
Age:
22-35 years

Perform ISP field jobs:
Including visits to customer locations such as villas, flats, and offices for telephone/internet connection services.
Ensure high-quality service delivery:
Focus on customer satisfaction through efficient and reliable service.
